Bizovix is business software (accounting, inventory, sales, HR and more) sold as a licence for a fixed period. Bizovix is a product of Mugnee Multiple, 3rd Floor, 36-37 Umesh Datta Road, Bakshibazar, Chawkbazar, Dhaka-1211, Bangladesh. This policy explains how licences are delivered and how refunds work.
Try before you buy
Every new computer gets a free 7-day trial with all features, and the phone app can be used free on one phone. Please make sure Bizovix fits your business before you buy.
Delivery
- Bizovix is delivered online; nothing is shipped. It works anywhere in Bangladesh, inside or outside Dhaka.
- Online payment (card, bKash, Nagad, Rocket or internet banking): the licence turns on in the app by itself within a few minutes of the confirmed payment.
- Send-money or bank payment reported on the order page: the licence turns on as soon as we confirm the payment, within 24 hours (at most 2 working days for bank transfers).
- If your licence has not turned on within these times, contact us with your order number (it starts with ORD-) and we will fix it the same working day.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of payment you can ask for a full refund for any reason, as long as the licence is cancelled at the same time.
- Charged twice or charged the wrong amount: the extra amount is always refunded in full.
- Licence not delivered and we cannot deliver it: full refund.
- After 7 days, refunds for the unused part of a licence are considered case by case, for example when a serious problem in Bizovix that we cannot fix stops you from using it.
- Your business data always stays yours: after a refund you can still export or back up your books.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method (card, mobile wallet or bank account) within 7 to 10 working days. Your bank or wallet provider may take a few more days to show it.
Cancelling
Licences are bought for a fixed period and never renew or charge automatically. You can stop using Bizovix at any time; to cancel a licence and ask for a refund under this policy, contact us.
How to ask for a refund
Email sales@bizovix.com or call +880 1958-645415 with your order number, the name and phone number used for the purchase, and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.
